Dr. Sodi obtained both her BA and BA Honours degrees from the University of Fort Hare (Alice Campus). She completed her Master of Arts (Clinical Psychology) degree at the University of Limpopo. Dr Sodi is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a clinical psychologist, and a psychometrist (independent practice). She has more than 20 years of psychological assessment and consulting experience. She is an accredited assessor for the DPSA competency based assessments for Senior Managers and Executive Managers in the Public sector (Government departments).
Dr. Sodi conducts medico-legal assessments a wide range of psychological assessments to determine neuropsychological sequelae, emotional suffering / damage and mental status of patients. Some of her clients includes Plaintiff Attorneys, the Road Accident Fund (RAF) and the Office of the State Attorney.
She also conducts competency assessments for the recruitment and development of employees. She also offers psychotherapy to patients. She has also lectured and tutored students at the Universities of Venda and South Africa
